1. MedSpa & Wellness Centre is an area of silence and relaxation thus loud conversation as well as mobile phones are not permitted.
2. Each visitor is required to enter the name, last name, and room number or membership card number with time in and out register kept at the Medical Spa & Wellness centre reception.
3. MedSpa & Wellness Centre visitors have towels and bathrobes at their disposal. None of the above mentioned may be taken outside the wellness area, but must be left before exiting the SPA centre in the appropriate basket situated at the SPA reception.
4. Persons suffering from skin or infectious diseases or with open wounds are not allowed to access the pools.
5. Access to the pools is allowed only wearing suitable bathing attire, and appropriate footwear
6. Taking shower before entering the pool is mandatory, and it is also advisable to take bath with soap after leaving the pool.
7. Person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool complex.
8. Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) should not use the swimming pool.
9. Walk; do not run in and around the pool facility for your and other safety.
10. Food and Beverages consumption is not allowed in the Pool area.
11. Smoking is not allowed in and around the pool.
12. It is not allowed to jump or dive into the water
13. It is not allowed to spill fluids and other products into the water.
14. Children aged the age of 18 must be accompanied by a suitable adult. Wearing suitable bathing attire is mandatory while using the pool.
15. Kindly keep all valuables in the lockers provided, management cannot be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property left at the swimming pool premises.
16. Persons who do not follow the house rules will be asked to leave the pool area.
17. Hotel or Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
18. Guests swim at their own risk and the Hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the Hotel facilities.
19. All treatments can be booked at the reception of the Wellness & Spa or by phone no. +385 21 685 430. If the booked term is cancelled less than 3 hours prior to the agreed term, the amount of 100% of the regular price will be charged. In the case clients arrive late to the agreed term, the duration of the service will be reduced for the time they were late and will be charged at the full amount.
20. All visitors are required to comply with applicable epidemiological measures.
